What the Daraz order import does

The order import reads a CSV with order number, customer, phone, address, items and totals. It creates the orders and customers in WebRank so you can track repeat buyers.

How to get the file from Daraz

  1. Open Daraz Seller Center.
  2. Go to your orders list.
  3. Use the export option to download the orders as a CSV.

Import into WebRank in six steps

  1. Start the WebRank free trial.
  2. Open Products, then Import.
  3. Upload your CSV file.
  4. Leave the photo option on if you want pictures copied.
  5. Press Import and keep the page open until it finishes.
  6. Check titles, variants, stock and photos on a few products.

Large catalogues finish in batches. If a file has more than 300 products, upload it again after splitting it.

On Daraz, the platform owns the customer relationship. In your own store you keep customer details and run your own offers.

What to check before you switch your domain

Keep your old store running until the test order works. Switch the domain only after that.

No. Make a sheet with Name, Price, SKU, Stock and Image columns and use the product import.
