Using WebRank

WebRank provides software to create and run an online store. By opening an account you agree to these terms and confirm that the details you give are correct.

Your account

You are responsible for your login details and for everything done under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.

Your store and content

You own your products, photos, customer data and orders. You must have the right to sell what you list and must follow the laws of Pakistan. We may suspend stores that sell illegal goods or are used to deceive customers.

Plans and payment

Each store has a free trial, then a monthly or 12-month plan at the price shown on the pricing page. Plans are paid in advance. If a plan is not renewed, the store is paused until payment is made. Your data is kept for a reasonable time so you can come back.

Availability

We work to keep WebRank running but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may update the service and will try to give notice of major changes.

Ending the service

You can stop using WebRank at any time and export your data first. We may close accounts that break these terms.

Liability

WebRank is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for lost sales or indirect loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
